I almost didn't upload this but eh lol
This is the finished product for my older sister. She loves this movie. Faster Pussycat, Kill Kill came out in the sixties and broke a lot of cinematic rules its also the movie that Tura Satana is best known for. Personally I thought it was a um...interesting film. lol I hadn't seen it until yesterday. I figured I should watch it since my sister wanted a poster for it. Since the movie is in black and white I don't actually know what the color of the car was. I doubt it was red but I felt red tied the piece together better.
I've been into mixing solid colors with more blending shading so I let it all out in this one. AT first I wasn't going to shade the hair but after something

said on my portrait of Tura made me change my mind. I think it looks better this way so I'm glad she pointed that out. Anyway lol. Thats all. My supposed advertisement for the movie...which you can watch on youtube. Apparently there are no DVDs available in the US.
So she's in that movie? I've had it in my book marks for the longest time because many of my friends told me I should see it, and I have yet to actually watch it.
Now...to the critique!
The composition on this is very striking and works much like a movie poster, especially with the focus on the breasts, and lips for the girls. The bold colors make it very exciting and I think if this movie had your art work as it's cover it would sell more because of how much it pops. Pretty girls and fast cars will certainly draw people's eyes.
I hope your sister enjoyed this!
